Adware is referred to advertising-supported software. It annoys at best to most users. It often comes bundled with other application software that a user installs or accesses.

The negative side of adware is it allows advertisements to be displayed automatically without permission on the user’s computer.

Some adware can be spread thought email attachments.
Other adware can download and install a spyware. And mostly, it is installed without the knowledge of user.
Adware will slow down the computer and allow pop-up advertisements to show up on the desktop of user computer.
