VoIP provides a way of communication that is cheap and extensive. To use VoIP, user only needs a good Internet connection and a subscription to VoIP service. They can make limitless phone calls via the Internet to the other end that use regular phone, or computer. The cost is charged for a fixed cost instead of being charged by minute.
1) VoIP can become low-cost or toll-free phone for people use internet for communication. If both users (or all users) use Internet for communicating, both can use VoIP for talking or conferencing without paying an additional fee apart from regular fee of internet.
2) VoIP reduces wiring cost, especially, in new or renovated building due to the reduced wire infrastructure. It makes less cabling cost possible, in term of installment and maintenance.
3) VoIP allows easy relocation. For someone who relocated their jobs or homes find how it is difficult for them to switch their local phone number or for other people who want to call them. Cell phone can solve this problem, but it is the costliest method for common communication while VoIP provides cheaper solution.
4) VoIP provides roaming facility. With VoIP, user can use someone else’s phone to user their VoIP service.
